Inca Trail 2 day Private Service (IT203)

Inca Trail to Machu Picchu
Inca Trail to Machu Picchu
A private service trek is organized just for you with private transport and your own personal guide. We don't add other people to your group. This enables us to provide the best service possible with personal attention and added comfort. You can depart on any day of the week that suits you best including Sundays.

Due to restrictions on the numbers of trekkers permitted on the Inca Trail all reservations must be made well in advance.
Reservations  4-12 weeks in advance is recommended especially if you are looking to book for the months June, July and August 2009). Earlier is better.

OUR GREAT RATES 2010

Prices per person from March 2010 to January 2011: 2 persons US$390, 3 persons US$370, 4 persons US$355, 5 persons US$335, 6 persons US$325, 7-16 persons US$310.

We can offer a US$20 discount to students with a valid International Student Identity Card ISIC and children under the age of 16 years old.
(University ID or Youth Travel cards NOT valid)

Group Size: Please note that this is a private group trek. Example, this means that if there are two of you interested in doing this trek, the trek will be organized just for you i.e. US$380 per person. Obviously with more people in your group the cost per person becomes more economical. We do not add other people to you trek and unfortunately it is not possible to join another private group.

Departures:
To suit group requirements, as this is a private service you can depart on any day that suits you best as long as there are still trek permits available for the date you want.

 March 2010 - January 2011

Inca Trail Departures Dates 2010: Every Day.
Very Important Note:
The number of remaining spaces does not fall steadily, rather it falls exponentially. That it to say that the number of spaces remains between 300 and 500 for quite along time but as it starts to fall below 250 more companies decide to buy permits for their groups and the rate that the spaces drop starts to increase. Often the last 100 spaces can sell out in a day or so. For example just because there may be 160 spaces available on the day that you want to start the trek, by the time you find a suitable trekking company and send them your trek deposit, it doesn't mean that there will still be 160 spaces left! So it is highly recommended to book your Inca Trail as far in advance as possible.
